The Manchester SEO community has developed from a small idea from Peter Young and Ben McKay to a thriving SEO community serving agencies and clientside SEO’s around the Manchester area including Warrington, Liverpool and even as far away as Leeds. The new site is designed to keep you up to date with the latest news, events, gossip and more importantly when the next Manchester SEO event is.

Over recent months, 3 Door Digital Co-Founder Alex Moss has moved onto help Peter on a more frequent basis – and is often the person involved in many of the events organised in 2012.

Alex Moss

Alex Moss is one of the co-orangisers of MancSAS. He acts as Co-Founder and Technical Director for 3 Door Digital. Alex is also known for developing WordPress plugins with a combined download count of over 200,000. His previous roles include SEO Exec for DSGi Business/PC World Business, SEO Manager for Carcraft and Head of SEO for Banc Media. Alex also writes posts for State of Search, Econsultancy and 123 Reg.

Shane Jones

Shane Jones is one of the co-organisers or MancSAS and Technical Director based mycleveragency, day to day Shane is in charge of creating highly engaging Facebook application to help grow the communities of his clients. His past career seen him as the Head of SEO and Social Media in house at On the Beach, prior to this Shane developed everything he knew about online from his 3 years at bigmouthmedia.

Rhys Wynne

Rhys Wynne is one of the co-organisers of MancSAS and works as an Digital Marketing Consultant at 3 Door Digital. Also a WordPress Plugin Developer, Rhys’ most successful plugin is WP Email Capture, an email lead capturing and marketing solution for WordPress. An SEO with over 6 years experience, Rhys’ previous role was an SEO Developer for Livetech, in North Wales.
